The United States Office of the World Council of Churches, located in the Interchurch Center, New York City, serves as a channel of communication between the WCC and its 34 member churches in the United States. It also functions as the office of the United States Conference for the World Council of Churches.

Former WCC Scholar Visits New York Office

Staff at the US Conference for the WCC recently received a visit from Rev. Doris Go-Baluyos who, in 1988, arrived in the United States from the Phillipines as a World Council of Churches scholar. This was her first return visit to the United States since completing her scholarship studies.
