Please tell us a little about yourself:
I have been in the coffee industry for 28 years and won the first barista championship in Taiwan. 20 years later, I won the coffee good in spirits championship. I am also the creator of the Swan Latte Art graphic design. I have always been committed to innovation and bringing fresh ideas to life through the lens of coffee.
